A fun part of church is the challenge of 'figuring things out...' We see a need, and good people step forward to devise a plan, and carry it through.
Packing Up Christmas
The holidays are festive and we welcome everyone to pitch in and deck the halls. When it is all over, we appreciate friends who help put away the ribbons and greenery.
Potluck on Third Sunday
Every third Sunday, we bring a dish to share with family. Hot or cold, homemade or store bought. Everyone is welcome. Although we have had to pause our Potlucks for the time being, we look forward to their return.
Everyone has a passion of some sort. Paul and Max pressure wash our two picnic tables.
Every September, we gather together for an outside feast, some entertainment, and good fellowship.
Caring for First Responders
Ed and the Prayer Chaplains organized some thoughtful care packages for first responders, when the shut down hit us all so hard in spring of 2020
Bonfire, Spring 2021
We love our backyard, and especially a good campfire. It is a time for stories and music and sometimes cupcakes. You are always welcome.

When friends make their transition, we offer a loving, tender moment for family and friends to gather and honor their lives.

Artisan Gift Shop 2019
For Christmas 2019, we filled our library with arts, crafts, bread, cakes, books, quilts, flower arrangements, and necklaces. it was a grand success.
Rev Robin & Rick
On some Sundays, we have visiting speakers, like Rev Robin. She is a bright light in our community, and husband Rick is a long-time friend and former Board member.
Sing for Joy! 2019
Every first Wednesday, we get together to "Sing for Joy!" Every month has a different theme - Folk, the Beatles, Country. We project the lyrics on our big screen, and we sing ... just for the fun of it! We look forward to a day when we can gather again to sing.

We support each other outside of church, too. Veterans were honored for their service at the Blairsville Old Courthouse. The whole gang was there to support them.

Sunday Team Dec 2020
We call our service "Sunday Celebration." We rely on tech support, graphics, vocals, platform assistants, prayer chaplains, ushers, and someone to make announcements. You are welcome to lend a hand, in whatever way feels right. We aren't wearing masks anymore... but we are too busy to get a fresh picture!

For Christmas, Mike doubles his Choir by drafting willing Holiday "Irregulars." No experience necessary. Rehearsals on Saturday morning.
Suzi at Cozy Christmas
Every year we host a music event of joyful Holiday music. We sing-along and enjoy solos, flute playing, and story-telling. Refreshments round out the popular event.
Christmas Eve Choir
Christmas Eve is always special, with candles, a joyful message, and plenty of voices to sing harmony and seasonal favorites.
